Mr. Michael Osikoya
Mr. Osikoya is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Associate Chartered Banker and a member of the Institute of personnel management of Nigeria. (FCA, ACCA, ACIB, AIPM,MBA)
He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with Financial Management Option from the Lagos State University – Nigeria. He has over fifteen (15) years in Financial Management with some leading multi-national organizations. The last thirteen (13) years has been in Banking Industry as Divisional Head, Financial Control & Business Development.
He has attended some international courses on Strategic Financial Management with some leading organizations like London Management Centre (LMC) and Marcus Evans in South Africa
He is married with children.
Mr. Olayinka Odutola, FCIB
Executive SEC/CEO, Risk Management Association of NigeriaOlayinka Odutola is a Professional Banker with over 28 years’ experience. This cuts across Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) & Basel Accord Implementation, Credit Risk Management, Credit Policy, Credit Culture, Credit Research & Training, Marketing and Business Development.
Branch Management, Banking Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Audit, Inspection and Loans workout / special Asset Management. He equally had a brief stint in Mortgage Banking.
He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria FCIB, an Associate of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria ANIM, Associate of Institute of Capital Market Registrars of Nigeria, ACMR, Associate of Certified Pensions Institute of Nigeria, ACPIN, and full MEMBER, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered), MNIM.
He also possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, MBA (Marketing), OAU, Ile -Ife and has finished the course work in Masters in Law and Diplomacy, University of Jos.
He is an examiner with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria CIBN and one of the very few outstanding professionals who were recently given Practice License & Seal to consult in the field of Banking, Finance & Allied Matters, the first in the history of Africa.

Mr. Augustine Domfeh (Dip Fm, MA, MBA, ACCA, ICA (Gh), CIT, CIM)
Augustine Domfeh is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Marketer, Tax consultant and an Educationist.
Augustine has over twenty (20) years of diverse experience in Lecturing, Auditing, Marketing, Finance, Tax and Consultancy Services.
He has worked in various institutions including Zenith University College, Ghana Education service, Covenant Financial Training Center, Ghana Highway Authority, Neff Finance, and many others.
